Director Bio
Sini Anderson is an American film director, producer, performance artist, choreographer, dancer, and poet, from Chicago. She is widely known for directing The Punk Singer (2013), a feature documentary about riot grrrl musician Kathleen Hanna’s legacy and experience with late-stage Lyme disease. Anderson is currently working on a documentary, So Sick; the film follows the lives of several young women artists suffering various forms of immune system illness, autoimmune disorders, Chronic Lyme Disease, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue. So Sick is expected to be completed in 2019.
