WILL FEES BE ADDED TO MY ORDER?

There are no service fees for in-person purchases. The service fee for online and phone orders is $5.00 per order. Service fees are non-refundable.

ARE THERE LIMITS TO WHAT I CAN PURCHASE?

Yes, individual tickets are limited to four (4) tickets per screening.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks at the Box Office or standby lines.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are given, regardless of weather, traffic, or other unexpected phenomena, except in the case of program cancellations. Refunds are not given for unredeemed tickets. Lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged tickets or passes are non-replaceable and non-refundable. If you do not arrive before the start time, your seat may be sold to someone on the Standby line but you will still not be able to receive a refund because you did not arrive on time. Admission is not permitted thirty (30) minutes after screening start time.

DOES MY OUTPASS GET ME INTO EVERYTHING?

Your Outpass gets you into all screening programs except Galas. Outpass holders will receive hard tickets for the Opening and Closing Night Galas ONLY if they have RSVP’d.

DOES A TICKET OR AN OUTPASS GUARANTEE ME A SEAT?

No, you need to be in line 30 minutes prior to the start time of a program to ensure your seat. Seat saving is not allowed; everyone with a ticket must be in line to get a seat. We do not guarantee late seating.

HOW CAN I GET TICKETS IF THE PROGRAM LISTING ONLINE SAYS “DOOR ONLY” OR “STANDBY”?

A screening marked as “Door Only” or “Standby” means that tickets are not currently available for purchase online. “Door Only” means that tickets can be purchased in person at the Box Office based on availability. “Standby” means that tickets are currently unavailable for a screening. In this case, a standby line will form at the theater one (1) hour before the screening start time. If seats are available, standby tickets will be sold at the door approximately fifteen (15) minutes before the start time. Chances are very high that you will get into a “standby” screening; 90% of the time we get everyone in.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I GET IN LINE FOR MY SCREENING?

We recommend arriving AT LEAST thirty (30) minutes before each screening.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND THE FESTIVAL/IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL?

Please be aware that some films may not be suitable for youth. Parental discretion is advised as all of these films are not rated. We offer student discounts one (1) hour prior to the screening start time with a valid student ID.
