BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

MORE INFO

HOW DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS AND/OR PASSES?
Patrons who ordered their tickets online or over the phone may pick up their tickets during normal business hours. You must present a photo I.D. to be issued your tickets; only the person whose name appears on the account of the purchase is eligible to pick up their pass or tickets.

All member badges will ONLY be held at the box office at the H&H for pickup for the duration of the festival. You CANNOT pick them up at other venues.

Pass and ticket pickup begins on Tuesday, July 9 at the Outfest Box Office at the Hollywood & Highland Center.

Please pick up your tickets and passes at least one hour before your first screening start time. Tickets for screenings prior to 11:00 am should be picked up the day before as heavy traffic is expected in the Box Office before each screening. Be sure to leave sufficient time (45 minutes) for parking at all venues.

PICKING UP TICKETS AT ANOTHER VENUE
Yes you can! Tickets held at Will Call will be available at the theater on the day of that screening. Will Call will open one (1) hour prior to the first screening of the day at each venue. Only those people listed on the ticket order will be allowed to pick up Will Call tickets. Please bring a valid photo ID so our Box Office Associates can make sure you get the proper tickets.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY TICKETS OR PASSES?
To pick up a festival pass or tickets for someone else, you must provide hard copies of the following items in order for our staff to release any purchase to you:

  • A release letter signed by the Pass/Ticket Holder indicating the specific name of the person who will be picking up the purchase.
  • A copy of the confirmation email that was sent from Outfest to the original Pass/Ticket Holder.
  • A copy of the photo I.D. of the original Pass/Ticket Holder
  • The individual picking up the Pass/Tickets must have a photo I.D. and name on I.D. must match name mentioned in release letter.

WHAT ARE STANDBY LINES
We like to ensure that every seat in every theater is taken, so prior to the start of each film we sell the open seats to people who have waited in the Standby line. It’s a very successful way to see some of the films that sell out early.

Standby tickets will be sold to the Standby line on a space-available basis, beginning anytime from 15 minutes before the scheduled screening time up until the start of the film. As soon as the number of unoccupied seats has been determined, those tickets will be sold to individuals in the standby line. Standby lines form approximately one (1) hour prior to scheduled start time. There is a limit of one (1) ticket per person. Cash and credit cards are accepted for standby sales.
*Purchasers of Student or Senior discount tickets must provide an I.D. at time of purchase. Discount not applicable to Centerpiece or Gala screenings.
