Director Bio

Ryan Maxey makes documentary films exploring humanity through stories of the introverted, imperfect, and folks on the fringe. He is regularly commissioned to direct films on the beat of environmental preservation, cycling, and philanthropy. His independent work has been featured by SXSW, AFI Docs, True/False, Hot Docs, The Atlantic, Vimeo Staff Picks, and Dazed and Confused magazine.
